Personal Development Coaching

While the term life-coaching could be used to describe the work I do with my clients, I prefer to think of it as personal development coaching. So what exactly is personal development?

According to Wikipedia, “Personal development covers activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations.

In other words, whether you want to chart a path to a new career, improve your relationships, increase your energy level, or improve your health, it’s all personal development. Since no two clients have the same goals, time frames for achieving those goals or financial resources, I offer three different programs for personal development:

RenewYou: a powerful, personal development workshop, specifically for women, held at various locations in South Jersey. It is a one-day program that will change your life. To learn more about RenewYou click here.

The Dream Manager Coaching Program: a structured personal development coaching program designed to help you become the best version of yourself and put a plan in place to achieve your goals and dreams. The program consists of 12 coaching sessions which can be completed over six or twelve months. To learn more about the Dream Manager program click here.

90 Day Targeted Results Coaching: Twelve, weekly one-on-one personal development coaching sessions focused on the achievement of a specific goal. If you’d like to know more about this program, please contact me to schedule a complimentary consultation. We’ll discuss your goals to determine if this is the right option for you.

It’s your life. Make it count!
